Escrow Service (Secure Transaction)
For users seeking a safer transaction when buying or selling Instagram accounts, Usersell offers an optional manual escrow service. By using our escrow service, the risk of scams and payment issues can be significantly reduced.
How Does Usersell Escrow Work?
- Agreement: The buyer and seller both request to use our escrow service via the Contact Us section on the website.
- Seller Verification: The seller must submit a valid photo ID for identity verification.
- Account Submission: The seller submits the Instagram account credentials and associated email to Usersell.
No payment is made to the seller at this stage. - Transfer to Buyer: Once Usersell confirms the account details, the credentials are provided to the buyer. The buyer should check the account promptly and confirm receipt as soon as possible.
- Payment to Seller: Upon buyer confirmation, Usersell releases the funds to the seller via cryptocurrency payment. This process typically takes less than 24 hours.
Fees and Costs
- For Buyers: Free
- For Sellers: 10% commission of the sale amount (minimum $10).
Note: Payments to the seller are always made in cryptocurrencies.
Important Notes
- The escrow service is optional and provided solely to enhance transaction security for users who mutually agree to use it.
- Usersell does not hold or transfer funds via traditional bank accounts. All payments to sellers through escrow are made in cryptocurrencies.
- Users who choose to transact without using our escrow service are fully responsible for all risks and outcomes.
- Usersell only verifies the seller’s identity. No further legal or financial claims are accepted once the account and funds have been delivered and both parties have confirmed the transaction.
- In case of any dispute after the handover, Usersell will provide reasonable support, but bears no financial or legal responsibility for losses incurred after the transaction is marked as complete.
- If the seller attempts to reclaim the account after the sale, and the buyer wishes to take legal action, Usersell will cooperate with authorities and provide identity documents as required.
- The escrow process is conducted manually by site staff and may require up to 1 business day to complete payments.
How to Request Escrow Service
To use the escrow service, both parties (buyer and seller) must contact us through the Contact Us page and request Usersell to mediate the transaction. Detailed steps and instructions will be provided by our support team.

We cannot guarantee the integrity of accounts or the intentions of either party. By using our escrow service or otherwise, you acknowledge that you transact at your own risk. Usersell cannot be held liable for any losses incurred from actions or negligence of users, especially for transactions conducted without using our official escrow service.
