1. Platform Nature
UserSell is an online platform for publishing classified advertisements related to Instagram account sales. We do not directly sell, buy, or guarantee any transactions between users.
2. Payments and Refunds
- All payments made for placing advertisements on UserSell are final and non-refundable, except in the case of technical issues on our platform that prevent the ad from being published, for which a refund may be requested.
- UserSell is not responsible for the outcome of transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not mediate or guarantee the return of any payments or goods exchanged between users.
- Refund requests related to ad payments must be submitted within 48 hours of payment, only if there is a proven technical failure on our side (such as the ad not being published due to an error).
- To submit a request, please contact our support team via the Contact Us account , providing your payment and ad details.
3. No Returns on Digital Goods
Since UserSell only serves as a listing platform and does not sell any digital goods or services directly, there are no returns or refunds for digital products, accounts, or services negotiated or sold between users.
4. User Responsibility
All users are responsible for verifying the credibility of ads and conducting secure transactions. UserSell holds no liability for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from transactions outside our platform’s scope.
5. Policy Updates
UserSell reserves the right to update this refund and returns policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this account.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In case of duplicate or erroneous payments (such as accidental double payments), users should contact support with proof of payment and details. Verified excess payments will be refunded within 7 business days.
7. Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but your ad is not published due to technical reasons, please contact us. Upon verification, a refund or credit will be issued.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a payment or posting an advertisement on UserSell, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy in full.
