30-Day Guarantee: Escrow Hold for Buyer Protection

With the 30-day guarantee, UserSell keeps the payment for 30 days after the page is delivered. If the seller takes the page back in that time, the buyer gets the full amount back.

The guarantee is optional. The seller chooses it when posting the ad. Ads with it show the 🔒 30-day guarantee badge. You can see them all on the guaranteed pages list.

Why it matters

The biggest risk in buying a page is the seller recovering it after the sale. Holding the money for 30 days removes the reason to do that.

What it covers

  • The seller (or someone working with them) takes the account back within 30 days of delivery.
  • The seller does not cooperate with a login or verification code sent to the old email or phone.

What it does not cover

  • Restrictions or a ban after your first login. The account counts as healthy if it is healthy when you first log in.
  • Problems caused by your own actions, such as breaking platform rules.
  • Changes in followers, reach or income after the sale.
  • Deals paid outside UserSell.

Your part during the 30 days

To keep the guarantee, follow these rules until the 30 days end:

  • Do not post on the account (posts, stories or ads).
  • Do not change the username, name, bio, email or phone number.
  • You may change the password, turn on two-factor authentication and log out other devices on delivery day.
  • Follow any instruction from UserSell support.

If you break these rules, the 30-day protection ends for that deal.

How to make a claim

  1. Lost access? Do not try many logins. Message UserSell support in the bot right away.
  2. Share your deal code and screenshots of what happened.
  3. UserSell checks the case with both sides.
  4. If the seller took the account back, the money is returned to you in USDT.

Without the guarantee

Some sellers do not choose the 30-day hold. In that case the seller is paid right after the delivery is confirmed. The deal is still safer than paying a stranger, but there is no money left in escrow later. The bot warns you before you continue.
