Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data UserSell collects, why we use it and what choices you have. We collect only what we need to run safe deals.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your Telegram ID, name, username and the phone number you confirm in the bot.
  • Listings: the details and screenshots you add to your ads.
  • Deals and messages: offers, deal steps, messages through UserSell and payment proof such as the TxID.
  • Seller identity check: full name, ID number, a photo of your ID and your USDT payout wallet.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs, used for security.

2. Why we use it

  • To run your account, ads and deals.
  • To hold and release payments in escrow.
  • To check identity and page ownership and to prevent fraud.
  • To send deal messages and notices in Telegram, by email or in the browser.
  • To meet legal duties.

3. Who can see your data

  • Buyers see your ad, but not your contact details.
  • Identity documents are seen only by UserSell staff who review them.
  • Service providers that host the site or deliver messages (for example Telegram) process data for us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or in fraud cases.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for deals, disputes, fraud prevention and legal duties. Then we delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to some uses. Write to us from Contact. We may need to keep some data for legal reasons.

6. Cookies

We use cookies needed for login and security, and to remember settings like dark mode. If we use analytics cookies, the cookie banner lets you choose.

7. Security

We protect data with access limits and secure connections. No online service is fully risk-free, so keep your Telegram account and devices secure too.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
