Refund & Dispute Policy
This policy explains when a buyer gets money back from escrow and how disputes are handled. Refunds are paid in USDT to the buyer.
Last updated: November 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
When the buyer gets a refund
- The seller does not deliver the account after the buyer paid into escrow.
- The account is not as described, and the buyer reports it before confirming delivery.
- The account is unhealthy at the buyer’s first login.
- With the 30-day guarantee: the seller takes the account back within 30 days of delivery, and the buyer followed the deal rules.
When there is no refund
- The buyer confirmed delivery and the deal has no 30-day guarantee.
- The account was restricted or disabled after the buyer’s first login.
- The buyer broke the 30-day rules (for example posted or changed the account details).
- The payment was made outside UserSell.
- Changes in followers, reach or income after the sale.
How a dispute works
- Report the problem in the deal in the UserSell bot. Do it before you confirm delivery if you can.
- Send the deal code and screenshots.
- UserSell pauses the payout while it checks the case with both sides.
- We decide based on the deal records, the screenshots and the deal rules, and tell both sides.
How refunds are paid
- In USDT, to a wallet the buyer gives in the deal.
- Network fees for the refund may be taken from the amount.
- The escrow fee may not be refunded once the account was delivered.
