UserSell terms and rules

Version 2026-11

User-Sell membership terms and undertaking

This is an agreement between User-Sell (user-sell.com) and you (the user). It is made when you tick "I have read and accept". Your electronic acceptance counts as a written and signed agreement. The text, version, date, time and IP address of your acceptance are recorded and kept.

1. The role of User-Sell
User-Sell is a platform that introduces buyers and sellers and acts as the escrow agent of the deal. Every contact between a buyer and a seller that starts through an ad, a chat, a price offer, the Telegram bot or any other part of User-Sell counts as an introduction made by User-Sell.

2. Two ways to trade
For 12 months after first meeting the other side through User-Sell, a deal for that account, channel or page (or any other account of the same person) is made in one of these two ways:
a) User-Sell Safe deal (escrow): the buyer pays User-Sell in crypto (USDT), and User-Sell pays the seller in crypto after delivery. The fee table on the site applies.
b) Direct deal: the buyer and seller trade without User-Sell escrow and choose any lawful payment method between themselves. Because User-Sell introduced them, the User-Sell fee is still due. Its amount is agreed with User-Sell before the deal, and it is paid to User-Sell in crypto only.
Contact details are not shared in ads, chats or offers. To make a direct deal, tell User-Sell support first; after the fee is agreed, User-Sell puts both sides in contact.

3. Agreed penalty and damages
If a user completes a deal with a person they met through User-Sell without the Safe deal and without paying the User-Sell fee, or hides such a deal, that user (buyer or seller, or both if both took part) agrees to pay an agreed penalty equal to two times the fee of that deal under the User-Sell fee table at the time of the deal. This amount is due without proof of the actual loss. User-Sell may also claim any further damages, including legal costs and lawyer fees.

4. Records and follow-up
To keep deals safe, User-Sell may automatically check the messages and offers exchanged on the site and in the bot. Chat records, offers, ads and the acceptance of these terms are kept by User-Sell as evidence. In case of a breach, User-Sell will follow up through its lawyer and the competent courts.

5. Immediate consequences of a breach
When a breach is found, User-Sell may, without notice: remove the message, warn the user, limit chatting, disable the ad, and permanently block the user's account and phone number.

6. No protection outside User-Sell
In a direct deal there is no escrow, no contract, no identity check, no ownership check and no 30-day guarantee. The seller taking the account back after being paid, the buyer not paying after delivery, and scams with fake identities are the most common problems in direct deals, and User-Sell is not responsible for any of them.

7. Correct information
The user is responsible for the correctness of the ad details (statistics, followers, ownership, restriction history) and of their identity details. Giving false information leads to the ad being rejected, the account being blocked, and liability for damages.

8. Changes to these terms
User-Sell may update these terms. The new version applies to later deals from the time it is published.

9. Governing law, courts and your local law
This agreement is governed by {governing_law}. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless the mandatory law of the user's country gives the user other rights. Every user must also follow the laws of their own country. Fraud, fake documents and access to another person's account without permission are crimes in Armenia and in most countries, and User-Sell may report them to the competent authorities.

By ticking "I have read and accept this undertaking", I confirm that I have read all the points above, that I accept them of my own free will, and that I will follow them.
