How Safe Buying Works on UserSell

UserSell keeps the buyer’s payment in escrow until the page is fully delivered. The seller is paid only after the buyer confirms delivery, or 30 days later when the ad has the 30-day guarantee.

All payments are in crypto (USDT or Bitcoin). You never send money to the seller directly. Each deal has its own code and runs step by step in the UserSell Telegram bot.

Two ways to trade

🔒 Safe deal (recommended)

The buyer pays UserSell in crypto (USDT). UserSell holds the money and pays the seller in crypto after delivery. You are protected.

Direct deal

Buyer and seller pay each other in any way they agree. UserSell does not hold the money, so there is no protection. Because we introduced you, the UserSell fee is still due. It is agreed with us and paid in crypto.

The safe deal in 5 steps

  1. Start a safe purchase. On the ad, press “Buy this account safely”. The deal opens in the UserSell Telegram bot with a deal code.
  2. Check the account and agree on the fee. The seller sends an Account Status screenshot. You check it and confirm. Both sides agree who pays the escrow fee.
  3. Pay into escrow. The bot sends you the payment details right away. You send USDT to the official UserSell wallet shown in your deal and share the transaction ID (TxID).
  4. Receive the account. The seller adds your email and phone number to the account and hands it over. You log in, change the password and turn on two-factor authentication.
  5. The seller gets paid. After you confirm delivery, UserSell pays the seller. If the ad has the 30-day guarantee, the money stays with UserSell for 30 days first.

For buyers

  • Your money stays in escrow until you have the account.
  • Pay only to the wallet shown in your deal in the bot. UserSell staff never ask you to pay anywhere else.
  • The account counts as healthy if it is healthy at your first login. Check it carefully on delivery day.
  • Want a lower price? Send a price offer first.

For sellers

  • Posting an ad is free. You pay nothing until a deal is done.
  • Your contact details stay hidden. Buyers talk to you through UserSell.
  • Put your ownership code in the bio to get the “Ownership verified” badge and faster approval.
  • Complete your identity check to receive payouts in USDT.

Found the other side yourself?

If you agreed on a deal outside UserSell, you can still use escrow. Create a safe deal link and send it to the other side.

Common questions

Is UserSell escrow free?

Posting an ad is free. A safe deal has a fee from 6% to 10% of the price, with a $10 minimum. See the fees page.

How do I pay?

In USDT, to the official UserSell wallet shown in your deal. Read the crypto payment guide if you are new to crypto.

When does the seller get the money?

After the buyer confirms delivery. With the 30-day guarantee, 30 days after delivery.

What if the seller takes the account back?

If the ad has the 30-day guarantee and this happens within 30 days, the buyer gets the full amount back, as long as the buyer followed the deal rules.
